Enquiry / Process


By completing the enquiry form your details will be passed to a regulated mortgage advisor who will contact you to discuss your requirements. We may receive an introducer fee from the advisor for enquiries generated through this website.

The details of which broker has been allocated your enquiry including their name and contact details, will be confirmed to you on screen when you complete the enquiry form.

The advisor will complete a fact find process by telephone to fully understand your circumstances and requirements. The advisor will then make a recommendation of a mortgage to you based on the fact find.

If you decide to accept the recommendation of the advisor, they will arrange for you to receive an application form and progress your application for you.

You are under no obligation to accept the recommendation, you will pay no fee unless you do decide to proceed.

A FEE MAY BE PAYABLE TO THE BROKER FOR MORTGAGE ADVICE IF YOU PROCEED WITH AN APPLICATION, OF UP TO 1% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT. THE BROKER WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH DETAILS OF THEIR FEES BEFORE YOU ARE ASKED TO COMMIT.
